Dr. Caroline Ludwig received her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science within the school of Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. After which she served the Athens, GA community as a Wellness Coach where she instructed fitness boot camp classes, provided personalized exercise programming, and led healthy instructional in-services for the community until attending Physical Therapy school. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in Atlanta then moved to New Mexico with her spouse to be stationed with the Air Force.
She has treated the New Mexico community since 2017 as an outpatient and acute care physical therapist. She has pursued her movement diagnostician certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment and is certified to provide unique manual therapy treatments with the use of soft tissue tools (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and kinesiology taping through RockTape. She has pursued advanced coursework in treating patients and clients with dizziness, imbalance, and vertigo, as well as providing nervous system calming techniques through pain care yoga therapy principles and dry needling. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Caroline’s favorite hobbies include spending time with her two dogs and husband, hiking, traveling to new places, and photography. Her lifelong goal is to inspire people to seek a form of physical activity that not only makes them feel better, but also that they enjoy.
